Gosh you're old, but it's ok. So today, the bf and I spent time at valley fair. He bought a hot brownie sundae at Ghiradeli that I made him share with me.. yum. I bought some pj pants and a top at Hollister. Anyway, back at my house, we watched "Friends" and counted down the hours/minutes to his bday! We were about to go to 7-11 at midnight for Jonathan to buy his first beer on his own, but we were lazy. Anyway, I'm excited for tomorrow.. well technically later tonight. I'm gonna countdown with my honey.. can't wait to spend another year with you!

Last year, I did a little dedication to 2003. This year, I'm kinda lazy to do 2004. I guess the best thing about this year was my family and Jonathan because they never stopped being there for me. Here's a toast to 2004, you will be missed! Now it's time for 2005, I hope everything in my life works out for the best like it always does!

I want to keep track of vacation. Monday I watched "Sideways" with Mariel, Diana, Michelle, Dianne, Angela, and Ikan. Ikan paid for me because I didn't have cash, and they only accepted cash at the theaters in Santana Row. bitches! And they don't have student priced movie tickets! Anyway, I was "out of it" during the movie, so I didn't understand the beginning, but I caught on and it was a good movie. Tuesday I ran errands with the bf. He took me to dinner at Bennigan's, then we watched "Ray" at Cinema Savers. Very good movie! Wednesday was Leanna's Christmas Play. Watching all the students sing and act and stuff brought back some fond MHT memories of when we had our Christmas Concerts. That was a time when we didn't have class a lot in order to rehearse, and I would spend time staring at Jonathan who would be sitting a row away.. haha. Anyway, MHT has made lots of progress! The play had some colored lights, a BAND, wireless microphones, loud music, and a freakin SOUNDTRACK that was sold afterwards. Thursday I probably ran more errands during the day with the bf, then we went with my mom and grandma to Leanna's first bball game. They lost bigtime. Friday I didn't have work! yay! Jonathan and I went to watch "Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events" which was really good! Before, we had a quick and unhealthy dinner at In N Out. Jeremy and Hansen joined us during the movie, but they snuck in 30 minutes late. Freakin Jeremy knows all the tricks in being a cheapass I swear. They told the person working that they were going to use the bathroom... haha. Saturday I helped my sis organize her closet and all that, then got dropped off at the mall by Jonathan. I did some more Christmas shopping, then I went to work. Today I was a bum, picked up my sis with Jonathan, went to VF again for more Christmas shopping, then hung out at home with the bf. So far, break has been relaxing, maybe even too relaxing that I want to go out and get tired. That doesn't make sense, but oh well. I'm tired.

So I had a fun weekend. Thursday, I stayed home and watched the OC with my sister, and it was a goooooood episode! Friday, I spent the day with Jonathan running errands, and then going to Live 105's Not So Silent Night concert. We met up with Sher and Ellison, then saw Diana and Villiard later, and then Eileen. The winners of the contest played first, then Muse, Taking Back Sunday, Interpol, The Killers, Franz Ferdinand, and finally Modest Mouse. My favorites were Taking Back Sunday and the Killers. Modest Mouse's performance could have ended better. Jonathan, Sher, Ellison, and I were in the middle of the mosh pit for a while. I was sweating so much that my jeans stretched out 2 sizes.. well maybe not, but it sure felt that way! Sher and I wanted to push these asian girls in the face, and there was this fat dude in front of us that staaaaaank. The concert didn't even really start yet, so we pushed the asian girls in front of us so they could be behind the stinky f*cker. hah! The night ended with us at Denny's talking about armpits, testing Jonathan because he didn't remember Ellison and Villiard's last names, and some other weird shit. Saturday the boyfriend and I had work, so we hung out after. He picked me up from work and we went to Villiard's house where they played poker. I fell asleep around 330am, they were still playing when I woke back up at 430! So Jonathan and I called it a night. Sunday Jonathan and I watched "Ocean's 12". It was a good movie I guess, but the ending could have been better. Well I guess the story line could have been better too. DONT READ MY NEXT SENTENCE IF YOU DONT WANT THE MOVIE TO BE SPOILED. In the movie, they should have come up with a plan that screwed Andy Garcia's character over, instead of just paying off their debts. OK TO READ NOW. Then we were off to work, and working Sundays with my manager Jena always makes me want to quit! And the brand reps that were working with us that night were sooooooo freakin annoying. One made a comment saying that she would kill herself if she was with a boy for 6 years! Next time I see that bitch at work... GRRRR. Anyway, my WONDERFUL boyfriend was there during my break, and he took Michelle, Ikan, and I to Jack in the Box. After work, Michelle, Denzil, and I talked in the parking lot until 3am! Today I was a bum and watched Scott Peterson news all morning. I think it's too bad that he got the Death Penalty, maybe because I really don't like it, but the facts do fit, and I agree that he is guilty. Anyway, my dearest came over for a bit, watched some tv, then ate dinner with my family. Now I'm hanging out with the sis.

update

So I had a funnn week/weekend. It was the lastttt week of winter quarter, which wasn't so bad actually. I think all I did was work, do last minute homework assignments, and go to school. Friday I had a blast! Jonathan and I had a final that morning, which sucked ass, then went back to my house at 10am and sleptttt until 1pm.. haha. I hate it when he hugs me when we sleep because he snores soooo loud RIGHT into my ear. I moved away, and he kept trying to hug me, but I stayed in place, and he just went back to sleep and kept snoring. Anyway, he came with me to Santa Cruz, and I had my very last class of the quarter. Our teacher bought pizza for the whole class of 150 people! We had some pizza, did evaluations, then went home. I cleaned up my room while Jonathan went back home to get ready. Then then fun began! We went to Christmas in the Park again with Joanne and Aboy (2 weeks in a row!), and met up with all of his cousins and significant others: Des, Mark, Donald, Jen, Dom, Charmaine (and her cute puppy Maddex?), and Bea. We grabbed some Starbucks, walked around the park, took pictures, went to La Victoria, then went to visit Jay, Bung, and Daysha! We played Scene It until 3am! It was hella fun, girls vs. boys. We played 5 rounds, 2 wins for the girls and 3 wins for the boys =(. It's cool though because we had a lot of fun. Then everyone went home. Some highlights of the night was Dom screaming to distract the girls from answering questions, Jen saying "I had that shit!!!!!", jumping up in the air and high-fiving the girls team, and everyone turning red because we were all heated and hot and into the game. Maybe even TOO into the game. But again, a great night, and I can't wait for a rematch!

Saturday I organized my closet, then Jonathan and I went to VF. I didn't get to buy anything because the line at Gap was sooo freakin long, and we saw Gene and Philip there trying to sell Jonathan an Ogo.. those things are pretty cool. I had work for a bit, then the bf picked me back up, and then hung out for a bit at home.

Sunday I woke up to my sister and mom bitching at each other. Jonathan came to pick me up and we went to VF again, and I was able to buy my mom's christmas present at Gap. I got a crepe, went home, and Jonathan went to work. For some reason I was really sleepy, so I took a nap and woke up just in time for work. I went straight to work, and it was a fun night.. I think because it was a late night! But still fun.

Wow I haven't had a long update like that in a while! Anyway, I'm alll done with schooool (well I just have to watch presentations tomorrow morning for my fem class.. but that's it). So far, I've done 1 thing on list of things to do during Christmas break. I'm excited for this month!

My hot date on Black Friday.

Just kidding. I went out with my dear Jonathan last night. Instead of me shopping the whole day with my mom, she talked about how much she hates looking for parking and long lines and yadda yadda. Anyway, I got ready for the night out with the bf. He tells me that he has a present for me, but I can't open it yet, but I look behind my seat, and I see a big brown box. We go get some sushi at Ariake, and we get full really fast. My eyes were bigger than my stomach again, so we had to take some of my bento box to go. It was time for me to open my present! I ripped that tape off the box, dug through all the tissue and plastic and paper, and I pulled out a purse! It was a cute black leather coach purse!

I was shocked because he's never bought me something like this that I didn't ask for, for no reason! (Now we have to go shopping, so I can buy more black things, or things with hints of black in them.) So after, we go to Best Buy, and Jonathan buys a dvd for 5 bucks. I was getting sad because I wanted to buy so many things. Well, just 2 things. Then we go to the IMAX theater to watch The Polar Express in 3D.

But the 8pm show was sold out, so Jonathan just bought tickets for 10pm. It was about 7:45, so we had 2 hours to kill. We walked around Christmas in the Park, got some caramel macchiatos at Starbucks, and went to the Museum of Art to look at the exhibits. Some of the paintings and sculptures were so beautiful and so creative. Some were kind of scary! Jonathan wanted to take pictures with some of the paintings, but they wouldn't let us, so he used his phone.. haha. We walked around downtown San Jose some more, and saw Lloyd Lacuesta from channel 2 I think. He was chillin in a big newsvan.. they were taping all the people walking around. We took some "creative" pictures on Jonathan's phone. We also admired the ice rink, we're definitely skating there when break rolls around. Finally, it was time to watch our movie. There were soo many people.. of all ages too. We played super collapse on his phone trying to beat our high score until it was time to go in. The movie was really good! I suggest everyone should watch it, especially on IMAX 3D! We were tired, so we went back to my house and watched some TV for the rest of the night. Then, we were super tired, and we called it a night. It was a great night! We haven't had a night like this in a while. I love you!

Sh*t happens, Happy Thanksgiving!

So yeah, I had a really bad day yesterday, and a few people know about it. Well, all is well, and things are great. Even when you think everything is perfect, and even when you're perfect for each other, relationships take work!

Anyway, Jonathan and I did a half and half thing this Thanksgiving for the first time. We went to Hayward and had dinner with his family over there, watched some TV, then headed to my Uncle Charlie's house to have more dinner with my family, listen to people karaoke, and basically chill. Hours later, we had dessert to top off 2 dinners. I love this time of the year!

P.S. I don't think I'm shopping tomorrow (well technically today) because I hate looking for parking and I hate waiting in long lines. I think I'll just go shopping on another day, and pass on the extra 15% off. Wellllll.. maybe I'll shop just a little =). Christmas tree tomorrow! yay!!!!!

credit card blues.

So I just spent a good hour or two balancing all my credit cards. I just got paid yesterday, and I no longer have anymore money. Well I have like 20 bucks left. I paid all of my bills... and my goodness, I sure have a lot of bills to pay! Well just my phone bill, AOL, and 4 credit cards. I need to work more. Instead of me being lazy, I'm gonna work all that I can. I might even have to sacrifice The OC by working Thursday nights =(. Well maybe I won't because that is the ONE thing I look forward to each week. Ok that's it, just wanted to share my sadness. On another note, I went to dinner last night for Lisa's bday with Lisa of course, Jonathan, Chris, Neiman, Mike, Jessica, Kevin, Tina, Danielle, Villiard, Therese, Jeff, Erica, Casey, Ryan and his gf, and Andrea and her bf. I was gonna post pictures, but I only do that because Lisa harasses me, but she's gone on her cruise (well she's probably still on the way to LA), so I'll just post them later if I want, or maybe never! Ok bye.

Early Christmas Shopping. POUR MOI!

So my favorite time of the year is HERE (well almost here)! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the holidays! I love how I feel before, during, and after. I love shopping for presents, I love decorating the Christmas tree, I love the smell of a FRESH Christmas tree, I love wrapping presents (or just putting them in the boxes that the mall gave me), I love spending time with my family, I just loooooooove it! The hardest part is finding the perfect present for Jonathan. He's such a HARD person to buy a present for because he never wants anything! I remember our very first Christmas together, I went Christmas shopping with Lisa at Eastridge (yeah it was the closest place our parents would drive us to). Anyway, I ended up giving Jonathan the money my mom gave me to buy him a present with. Gosh, what a sucky present I gave him! But I think I gave him more stuff that year because of Christmas + his bday. Ok ANYWAY, I started Christmas shopping early this year. Or well, just Christmas shopping for myself, because I have this FEAR (really, it's a FEAR) that the things I want will sell out, and I won't get them!

So my first purchase were the Not So Silent Night tickets. The concert is on December 10th, a kick off to vacation! Good thing I bought them when I had the chance, because now they're sold out! Actually, I used my checkcard to purchase em, but Jonathan put money into my account =).


My next purchase was a seatbelt bag. These things are getting popular by the minute. I think the first time I saw one was in one of those teen magazines. I forgot which one, but I thought, "wow those are cute, I should get one for myself." When I saw them on the news, I knew I had to buy one before they were gone for the holidays! So I purchased the Seatbelt Bag Baguette...

Yesterday, I bought some breast cancer bands online. I remember I had a dream that they had pink livestrong bands, and days after, I was told that they have pink bands for breast cancer! So I bought a rainbow one and a pink one. I forgot to upload a picture, sorry friends.

And my most recent purchase were my newest pair of uggs. I kept putting them off because I didn't think that slipper Uggs would sell out, but they are slowly starting to! They're sold out at the Nordstrom and VF and even on zappos.com! SOOO I went to nordstrom.com and bought them today. So my Sand color Ugg Coquettes will be coming soon!


Those were just my online purchases too! ahhh.. shopping is an addiction, Lisa is on the same page as me. So now, I am cleaned out. Well not cleaned out, but I need the rest of my money for food and bills. I think on Friday, I'm gonna use my paycheck to pay off my credit cards. I now have 4 to worry about! But for those of you who like hints on what I want for Christmas: I want a white leather jacket (a cute one of course), the in motion speakers for my mini ipod, and that's all I can think of for now. Ok this was a long entry.. a pointless one too. What I really should be doing is HOMEWORK!

My mommy is coming home in 5 days!! I miss her so much, and I miss good food! I'm actually sick of eating out every single day for every single meal. argh. My grandma is also coming home, but not my grandpa =(.

Anyway, I'm a little stressed out because all of the classes I wanted to take for next quarter FILLED up before I got the chance to enroll! I'm bummed because I made a list of EVERY single class that I could take.. but noo.. I even had 4 alternate schedules. HOPEFULLY I'll get into the classes that I need when I crash the course.

Also, the boyfriend and I are going to Not So Silent Night. I'm pretty excited because I remember wanting to go to all the other ones in the previous years.. but now the line-up is really good! It's on the day of my government final.. so it's a great ending to an ok quarter.

What else? I went on a shopping spree this whole weekend, and I'm pretty pleased. But at the same time I'm kind of worried because I need money for food this week. But all is well, I'm getting paid friday!

best sleep but worst dream ever.

Have you ever had that happen to you? Well this happened to me a few nights ago.. I believe Sunday night/Monday morning. I woke up, feeling great and not sleepy at all (I think because it was raining).. and all that other good stuff. But then I recalled my dream, and felt sad and depressed. I dreamt that I found out Jonathan was cheating on me with some girl named Janelle. I don't even know a Janelle.. and I don't think he does either. I just remember I felt like crap in my dream, and I even woke up with tears! Crazy huh! Well Jonathan made me sure it was just a dream and that I have nothing to worry about. It was the worst feeling in the world until I woke up. I love you Jonathan!

So my mommy left for the Philippines Thursday night, and I miss her terribly. I tried really hard to keep my tears in as she was walking towards the gate, away from my sister and I, because I didn't want to make her cry. But She will be home in 13 days! It's going by really slowly for me, but she's having fun over there.. it's her second day there, and she already shopped like crazy! Like mother, like daughter. So for the next 2 weeks, my sister and I will be eating fast food.. and hopefully still have clean clothes by then.. haha. Oh mommy, come home safely to us!!!

On another note, I got a new credit card! for Macy*s! yay!

President George W. Bush!

So it all came down to Ohio and it's 20 electoral votes. I was watching election coverage until about 1am last night, but they were still counting votes. But now, I'm watching John Kerry's concession speech... eh. John Edwards, shut up, you won't be involved with the people anymore now that the election campaign is over. Good job John Kerry for being a good sport, but stop bitching about the Electoral College. You lost the popular vote too. So yay, I'm glad I voted in this year's election. It was my very first, and most of the people I voted for won and most of the propositions I voted for passed! Ok, time for a wonderful day at school in the so-very-liberal Santa Cruz. Election Day 2004

I woke up extra early this morning (8am) to vote for my VERY FIRST TIME! I waited for maybe 20 minutes, and it took me another 20 minutes to finish voting. The touchscreen voting is pretty cool, I wonder how different it is from the old school kinda of voting. Anyway, if you did not vote today, and you are eligible, I am very disappointed in you! Every vote counts and you should exercise your right because not everyone had this right in the past! Ok, so I am going to watch the news for the rest of the night, GO BUSH/CHENEY!!!!! As of right now, it's Bush with 246, and Kerry with 207. If you didn't know already, I voted REPUBLICAN!

Halloween 2004

So I took the whole weekend off from work (friday, saturday, sunday) just in case I did anything exciting. Friday was spent with the bf and watching The OC Season 1 DVD, Saturday was the party Lisa told us to go to, and today, Halloween, was spent trick or treating with the family.
